Brittany Perez is a Colorado native who has been selling Real Estate for the past eight years. She graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Degree in Behavioral Science and a minor in Elementary Education. Brittany’s real estate specialties include being a Home Staging Expert, as she recently earned her HSE Designation. Her eye for getting listings ready to sell goes along with the lifelong relationships she builds with her clients.
Real Estate has offered Brittany the opportunity to have a career serving others and still be able to have an active role in being a mom. She loves to spend time with her family outdoors on a nice day or have family game/movie nights. Her family loves attending church and serving the community together.
In high school, Brittany met her husband, Adam, and they were married during college. They have three children: Jayden(15), Alexa (12), and Briella(7).

Adam Perez has always loved real estate, so he decided to pursue his dream career and joined Guide with his wife and teammate, Brittany. Coupled with his passion for helping others, Adam’s hard-working spirit makes him a great advocate for your real estate buying and selling needs.
Born in California, Adam and his family relocated to Thornton, Colorado, when he was 4 years old. There, he graduated from high school and met his future wife. They still reside in Thornton with their three adorable children and four Goldendoodles.
After high school, Adam jumped into the energy industry, where he quickly worked his way up in an industry-leading company and became a team lead at just 23, supervising crews for some of the largest operators in Colorado and the U.S.
When Adam is not helping others with their real estate dreams, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending the kids’ activities, attending church, and helping serve their community.
